Who can escape thinking about it all hearts red or pink explosion in sight at all retail establishments or stuffed animals, plush delicacies or bouquets covered chocolate roses that appear profusely in all the corners. It is good to keep in mind to express our love for those we love, but love is not something that comes once a year due to large advertising campaigns urging buy hearts, flowers or chocolates for someone special.
Currency, according to Webster, is a medium of exchange passed from hand to hand. Passing anything from hand to hand involves a flow of energy exchange. Love and every expression of love is an energy flow like any currency exchange involves the flow of energy.
We are the sum of our actions. No matter what beautiful words spoken, it is your behavior (actions / energy) that speaks louder and say what they really are. Love is not something that happens here and there or feel from time to time; it is to be their way of life. There are only two emotional energy vibrations in this world: those based on love and fear based. vibrations of fear are energy pathways of negativity and always produce negative results, while love is a path full of positive energy that produces positive results.
I love the phrase "If you give love to meet love." Nothing is truer than this concept, what you distribute energy is what is delivered back to you - the currency. For me it is obvious that this is the only way to live - from a core of love. And by the way, love is your essence, which were created from; which it is what they really are and have been since birth and before! So it makes no sense to live in a space of love all the time, not just on February 14?
However, it is wonderful to take a moment to acknowledge our love for those we love, but what is a habit of life through actions of love love with everyone who walked in daily contact as a daily practice. Of course, there are different levels of love for different people in our lives, but if the currency that is shared is always love, then that's what was delivered back to you. Again, it seems a no-brainer that you always want to be getting the loving and positive experiences, making it necessary to give love out first. Everyone and everything in the universe is connected energetically in every way, so what we feel and what is done through the universe and is always what ultimately comes back to us.
You've heard, no doubt, the concept of Pay-It-Forward. A movie was even made use of this title and the concept of sharing an act of kindness which in turn leads to another act of kindness is the plot of this film. Forward payment or delivery of a coin, make an amazing wave effect that creates positive expressions if you start with love.
What are some other expressions of love that we can establish a foundation of love on which to build our life? Acceptance of each person as a teacher and work worthy of receiving love is an expression. Allowing another individual to be what they are, even if we disagree with what they choose, it is acceptance. Appreciating others and see their value, even if they are mean and hurtful is an expression of love. Everyone has merit although some people may be difficult to see! But to even appreciate one thing about them that allows you to rise above your negative energy, allowing it to glow from a space of love.
